Any items that are in good, reusable condition will be donated locally to be used again after we retrieve them. We are community-minded and locally owned and operated. As members of the San Diego community ourselves, we always strive to place the needs of the community above our own.
We are committed to sorting out materials once we collect them. All wood, metal (both ferrous and non-ferrous), cardboard, mattresses, box springs, green waste, concrete, brick, stone, clean dirt and even carpeting are itemized and stored at our facility. From here they get transported to their respective local processing and shipping sites. We do this daily, and prevent more than 2/3 of what we collect from ever going to the landfill.
We provide full general liability coverage for every job, and our workers and vehicles are covered, too. Weâ€™ve been doing business in San Diego since 2016. All our certificates can be provided upon request. Not only that, but weâ€™re completely accountable and transparent. We make sure every job site is cleaner than when we found it.
You donâ€™t need to lift a finger! Itâ€™s helpful to have your area clear for our workers to load your items safely, and for insurance reasons we canâ€™t allow for any outside assistance when loading or packing our truck. Our full service removal covers any part of your property, from crawl spaces and attics to hillsides, stairs, and storage units.

YES. We operate two facilities in East County that are privately managed. After every job we unload, sort, and store materials in their respective areas. Donatable furniture is dropped off at a local charity (some of our favorites include Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity Restore, DAV, Father Joes, or AmVets). Wood and green waste get processed at Inland Pacific Resource Recovery. Metal gets transported to All Ways Metal Recycling. Electronic waste is picked up by San Diego E-Waste. Mattresses and Box Springs are loaded onto a trailer as part of the Mattress Recycling Council. We typically recycle or donate nearly 80% of what we collect.
Our pricing is fully comprehensive for what the job entails, and covers labor, disposal, recycling, transportation costs, and insurance. We aim to provide the lowest price possible by offering price-matching, discounts for military, discounts for seniors, and lower pricing for items bundled in a driveway, alley, or curbside for easy access and loading. In all cases, we will arrive to your appointment for free and confirm the job before any payment is processed. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
Our primary operations include full service junk removal and demolition. We do not provide moving services or landscaping services, and we do not remove vehicles, boats or trailers that possess a VIN. That being said, if you are in need of these services, we are connected to a network of reputable, highly-rated companies and can provide information upon request. For larger jobs, we will collaborate with our partners to ensure every need is taken care of: itâ€™s our goal to completely handle whatever your request may be.
Our operations include sorting and storing every collection we make to maximize recycling and donations at two facilities in East County. That being said, we donâ€™t have the capacity to accept drop-offs at these locations at this time. The only exception is mattresses and box springs, which can be dropped off for free at our Broadway location without an appointment between the hours of 10AM and 3PM Monday through Friday.
