- WE'RE OPEN!
Yes. We are licensed C21 demolition contractors (#1101347) with the Contractors State Licensing Board of California, and can provide full liability, workers compensation, and commercial vehicle coverage upon request. We’ve operated in San Diego since 2016, worked with some of the most reputable corporations in existence, and have consistently prioritized accountability, transparency, and customer satisfaction: we want your job done safely and worry-free.
No. We provide comprehensive removal and hauling services regardless of the pickup location, and it’s helpful to have the area clear for loading, but assistance is not permitted for insurance reasons. Our coverage extends to all areas of your property, including crawl spaces, attics, hillsides, stairs, and storage units. Additionally, our teams undergo daily training in best practices and take precautions to safeguard your space, ensuring careful and secure removal of only the materials you want to be taken away.
No. Unfortunately, as a contracted service provider, none of what we are able to take can be done for free. We do, however, understand the budget demands of living and working in San Diego. Our promise to you is that we will work with you to determine the best possible rate for your needs.
We’re licensed experts in our field, assuring you aren’t hiring a no-name or fly-by-night hauler who might damage your property or take advantage of you. We provide outstanding, local service, recycle or donate between 60-80% of every pick up, and prioritize a great customer experience. Our company’s size enables us to respond quickly and capably to your needs, and we’re accessible: the hallmark for any good company is whether a true employee can be reached to answer questions day or night. When we say your satisfaction is guaranteed, we make sure of it.
We rate all our pick-ups by the total volume of what you have. That includes size, weight, and the logistics of removal. We will only provide a price on site for our jobs because we want to make sure we fully understand your needs. There is no “average” or “ball park” quote as every job is different. For a general idea of what our pricing entails, or if you have a budget in mind, contact us directly. We’re locally owned and available for a no-obligation quote seven days a week. We even offer financing for jobs over $500.
Yes. As a California Green Business, we treat our pick-ups carefully and sustainably. After a job, we sort and store collected items. Quality furniture goes to local charities like Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity Restore, DAV, Father Joes, or AmVets, and we provide you with a tax-deduction receipt. Wood and green waste are processed into mulch or used for power generation. All metals are fully recycled, electronics are dropped off at local facilities, and mattresses are handled through our partnership with the Mattress Recycling Council. On average, we recycle or donate 60-80% of what we collect.
No, but your satisfaction is our highest priority. Our prices are determined after seeing your items in person to ensure we can cover everything, including labor, disposal, transportation, and insurance. If you provide us a competitor’s written quote, we can often match or beat it. We also offer discounts for seniors and military personnel. If you have questions about pricing, please contact us.
Our primary operations include full-service junk removal, demolition, clean-out, material recycling, donations, and hauling. We also offer hourly rates for labor if required. For larger jobs, we will collaborate with our partners to ensure every need is taken care of: it’s our goal to completely handle whatever your request may be.
No. Even though our operations include hauling, sorting and storing every collection we make to maximize recycling and donations, we don’t have the capacity to accept drop-offs at our headquarters. The only exception is mattresses and box springs as part of the Mattress Recycling Council, with variable availability. Please call if you have questions (prior to showing up) as space is limited.
We cannot accept paint, chemicals, hazardous materials, treated wood, batteries, flammable liquids, fluorescent bulbs, or any items with bed bugs.
Payment is expected and processed at the conclusion of each pick up. We accept all major credit or debit cards, cash, checks, and offer financing for jobs over $500. Payment can be completed on-site through a variety of processes. Contact us if you have questions.
